1. Agreement to Terms and Conditions
1.1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions Using our services and/or website is a tacit consent to the terms and conditions outlined below. If at any time you do not agree with these Terms or find them otherwise unacceptable, please discontinue use Seed Animation’s services and website immediately.
1.1.1 The following is a legal agreement between you (“Client”) and Motion Tales IVS, which governs your use of Services (defined below). In these Terms, use of the words “you”, and “your” refer to each individual user who may interact with this site, acting on their own or their employer’s or company’s behalf, and “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Motion Tales IVS.
1.1.2 Motion Tales IVS is a resource through which you may obtain animation and directing services and a studio for hire. “Services” referred to by these Terms include but are not limited to: animation, design, script writing and directing services, contract forms, templates, communications, studio for hire, and any other services or documents provided for paid purchase or for which you supply personal information in exchange, including free downloaded material or other information available in person or through the Site, obtained from Motion Tales IVS. All such Products are the intellectual property of and are owned by Motion Tales IVS.
1.2 Changes to Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions were most recently updated on 8th June 2018. We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions. Each use of our services amounts to acceptance of our most up to date terms and conditions.
1.3. You agree to
1.3.1 provide true, accurate, current and complete information about you (such information being the “Registration Data”); and
1.3.2 maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Motion Tales has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Motion Tales has the right to cease supply and refuse you any and all current or future use of the Motion Tales site (or any portion of it).

2.2 Unless otherwise specified, the materials on this site are directed solely at those who access this site from Denmark. Motion Tales makes no representation that any product referred to in the materials on this site is appropriate for use, or available, in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable. Danish law shall govern this Agreement. You and we each submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts in relation to disputes arising out of this Agreement.

5.1 By law Motion Tales owns all copyrights, the right to display, publish or exhibit all images and content created by Seed Animation.
